Job description

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position focused on supporting an Amazon private label business. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, and the role is intended for someone who can commit fully without holding another job. The business model is private label only; wholesale and online arbitrage are not part of this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day Amazon Seller Central tasks, including customer support, case handling, monitoring account health, and fixing listing or account-related issues.
  • Research keywords and competitors to build and improve Amazon listings with strong conversion potential, including titles, bullet points, and backend search terms, using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive.
  • Prepare, revise, and troubleshoot Amazon flat files for both new and existing products, including bulk catalog updates, parent-child variations, pricing changes, backend attribute edits, and correction of report errors.
  • Develop and enhance product images and Premium A+ Content with Photoshop, Canva, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Studio.
  • Produce and edit high-quality product videos using Filmora, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and AI video tools such as Sora and Flow Veo.
  • Track inventory, shipments, and replenishment closely to help prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
  • Amazon PPC campaign setup and optimization experience is considered a strong advantage.

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Prior experience working as an Amazon VA is required, specifically with Amazon FBA private label operations.
  • Applicants should have a dependable computer that is fully functional for everyday work.
  • A stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps is required.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills are necessary.
  • Applicants must bring solid research and analytical ability, with the capacity to interpret data and apply improvements based on findings.
  • The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, and detail-focused.
  • Good time management is essential to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Comfort with using a time-tracking tool during work hours is required.
  • The role calls for someone who is proactive, resourceful, capable of working independently, and able to collaborate well with a team.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities over time is expected.
