Role Overview
This is a remote customer support role with a U.S.-based organization that offers online education for mental health therapists. The team is looking for someone with a friendly, energetic approach who enjoys helping people solve problems and creating a positive customer experience.
Work Arrangement
The role is virtual/remote. The company wants an in-house team member rather than a freelancer or independent contractor. The expected commitment is 30 to 40 hours per week.
Key Duties
- Handle customer issues through live chat and email, responding quickly and professionally.
- Support and train newly hired customer service representatives.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or support.
- Hands-on experience with Tawk.to, including setting up and using the live chat interface.
- Typing speed of 55 words per minute or higher.
- Basic WordPress knowledge.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- Comfortable with technology, outgoing, upbeat, and highly enthusiastic.
- Excellent English fluency, along with strong grammar and writing ability.
- Own a computer and have access to high-speed internet.
