Overview
TerraSlate Inc., a pioneering company in waterproof, rip-proof printing solutions, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer II based onsite in Englewood, CO. The role involves collaborating closely with clients to craft innovative menus and graphic designs that bring brands to life across various industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and outdoor recreation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main creative consultant by engaging with clients regularly to understand and translate their design needs into compelling visuals.
- Create innovative and tailored menu designs exploiting the unique features of waterproof products.
- Respond promptly to design revisions including updates to menus, pricing, and related branded materials for repeat customers.
- Produce attractive print and digital design materials aligned with clients’ branding objectives.
- Contribute to internal marketing efforts through delivering superior graphic design solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market competition to ensure fresh and relevant design output.
- Recommend improvements to the graphic design workflow to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain TerraSlate’s high standards for design excellence across all projects.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of two years professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, with at least two years’ hands-on use.
- Strong communication and conceptual design abilities combined with excellent typography skills.
- Comfortable and prepared for frequent communication with clients by email and phone.
- Exceptional attention to detail and thorough follow-through on all assignments.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
- Enthusiastic self-starter eager to learn and grow in the position.
- Portfolio submission required, with a paid design task for finalists.

Compensation
The position offers an annual salary of $65,000 with potential for monthly bonuses.
