Job description

Role overview

This position sits at the center of Valiantys’ global transformation agenda. As the worldwide leader for solutions, you will turn the company’s deep technical know-how into packaged professional services that are profitable, repeatable, and easy to scale. You will work with the executive team and regional leaders to align capabilities across the business, grow the existing global account base, and open doors with new enterprise customers.

The role is highly visible and suited to a commercially driven leader who can unite product thinking, solution design, and delivery execution. Success will depend on your ability to lead change across regions and guide a global team through a substantial operating-model shift.

Team structure and operating model

You will create and lead a global group of Global Practice Leaders, with one leader assigned to each core solution domain. Over time, each of those leaders will build a regional network of Practice Leads across EMEA, AMER, and APAC. The result will be a matrixed model that combines domain expertise with local execution.

This is a build-from-scratch leadership role. You will shape the org design, make hiring decisions, and establish the standards for how the function works worldwide.

Location: Europe or the United States, with a preference for the Eastern time zone.

Core solution areas

You will define, productize, and drive revenue from AI-enabled offerings in three major enterprise areas:

  • Software development: applying agentic AI to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflows to improve delivery speed and code quality.
  • IT service management: modernizing enterprise operations through AI automation, smarter self-service, and predictive incident handling.
  • Portfolio and strategy management: using data aggregation and predictive modelling to connect executive strategy with execution and improve agility.

Key responsibilities

  • Set the direction and priorities for the global solutions roadmap, then oversee its execution.
  • Transform existing regional work into repeatable, fixed-scope solution blueprints that reduce delivery effort and accelerate the sales process.
  • Align regional roadmaps and ensure new offerings are launched on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as the coordination point between Sales, Delivery, and Marketing across all regions, helping teams move together and escalating issues constructively when commitments are not met.
  • Ensure each offering is commercially relevant, customer-focused, and built to solve enterprise problems in a repeatable way.

What success in this role requires

The ideal candidate combines product strategy, AI awareness, strong execution habits, and commercial judgment. This is a role for someone who can turn direction into measurable business results and who is comfortable working across multiple functions and geographies.

  • You are effective in uncertain environments and focus on measurable outcomes, shipped offerings, and revenue impact.
  • You view technology through a business and P&L lens, with an eye on margin, revenue speed, and overall commercial performance.
  • You understand enterprise change management and how to drive adoption across sales, delivery, and enablement teams.
  • You can manage several complex initiatives at the same time across different customer landscapes and three operating regions.
  • You build strong working relationships, respect regional context, and help raise the performance of a global team without relying on direct authority alone.

Required background

  • 12+ years of experience in professional services, technology services, or enterprise software, with substantial time spent in solutions, practice, or product leadership.
  • MBA or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven ability to create repeatable service offerings and take them successfully to market.
  • Experience driving adoption of new offerings across a distributed, multi-region sales and delivery organization.
  • Comfort with P&L ownership or co-ownership, including margin, utilization, and revenue-per-offering analysis.
  • Experience in at least one of the company’s core areas: SDLC modernization, IT service management, or enterprise AI adoption.
  • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment is strongly preferred, especially where investor scrutiny and value creation targets were part of the mandate.

KPIs and measures of success

Your impact will be measured by the growth, adoption, and profitability of the global solution portfolio.

  • Deliver new offerings that help generate high double-digit year-on-year growth in professional services revenue.
  • Improve gross margins through stronger offerings, better sales assets, and more effective delivery playbooks.
  • Increase the share of revenue generated from repeatable offerings across the global portfolio.
  • Meet or exceed the agreed roadmap for solution development and adoption.
  • Drive consistent sales and delivery enablement so offerings gain traction across target regions.
  • Ensure all global offerings meet internal and market-facing quality standards for repeatable delivery.
  • Guide the portfolio toward adjacent solution areas while also converting bespoke work into repeatable offerings.

What this role is not

This is not a pure strategy position. You will be expected to build the operating infrastructure that makes strategy repeatable and scalable.

This is also not a regional leadership role with global branding. From day one, you will work across EMEA, AMER, and APAC as the person establishing the shared framework those regions use. The ability to influence without formal authority is essential.
