Where you'll work

Job description

Role overview

As the global head of solutions, you will lead the commercialization of Valiantys’ technical expertise into packaged professional services that are repeatable, profitable, and easy to scale. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and regional leaders to align capabilities across the business, grow the existing global client base, and open doors with new enterprise customers.

This is a senior, visible leadership mandate for someone who combines commercial thinking with product and solutions leadership, and who has already guided a global organization through a comparable transformation.

The position is based in Europe or the United States, with Eastern time zone alignment preferred.

Team structure

You will create and manage a worldwide team of Global Practice Leaders, each responsible for a core solution area. Over time, those leaders will build regional Practice Leads across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, forming a matrix that connects subject-matter depth with local execution.

This is a build-from-the-ground-up role: you will shape the operating model, make key hiring decisions, and define how the function works globally.

Solution pillars

You will shape, package, and grow revenue from AI-enabled offerings across the following enterprise areas:

  • Software Development: introducing agentic AI approaches into DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and day-to-day developer workflows to improve speed and code quality
  • IT Service Management: modernizing enterprise operations through AI-led automation, smarter self-service, and predictive incident handling
  • Portfolio and Strategy Management: using data consolidation and predictive modeling to connect executive strategy with delivery execution and improve agility

Key responsibilities

  • Set and steer the global solutions roadmap, including priorities and execution
  • Convert existing regional work into fixed-scope, repeatable solution blueprints that reduce delivery effort and accelerate the sales process
  • Coordinate regional roadmaps and ensure new offerings are launched on schedule and within budget
  • Act as the connecting point between Sales, Delivery, and Marketing across regions, building alignment, handling stakeholder complexity, and escalating when needed
  • Confirm that every offer is fit for enterprise clients, consistent in quality, and built to solve recurring customer problems

What you bring

You should bring a blend of product thinking, AI understanding, disciplined execution, and strong commercial judgment.

  • Ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes and judge success by shipped offerings and revenue impact
  • A business-first view of technology, with a focus on margin improvement, revenue growth, and overall commercial performance
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise change management across sales, delivery, and enablement teams
  • Strong organizational skills to manage several high-priority solution initiatives at once across multiple client contexts and three operating regions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional structure while respecting regional differences

Experience and background

  • At least 12 years of experience in professional services, technology services, or enterprise software, with substantial time spent in solutions, practice, or product leadership roles
  • MBA or an equivalent qualification
  • Proven success in designing and launching repeatable service offerings
  • Experience driving adoption of new offerings across a distributed, multi-region sales and delivery setup
  • Strong P&L fluency, including ownership or co-ownership of a business portfolio and the ability to interpret margin, utilization, and revenue per offering
  • Background in at least one core area: SDLC modernization, IT service management, or enterprise AI adoption
  • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth business is strongly preferred

Performance expectations

Success in this role will be measured through the global scale, adoption, and profitability of the solution portfolio.

  • Deliver high double-digit year-on-year growth in professional services revenue through scalable offerings
  • Improve gross margin year over year through strong offerings, sales assets, and delivery playbooks
  • Increase the share of revenue generated from repeatable offerings across the portfolio
  • Meet or exceed solution roadmap delivery and adoption targets
  • Drive consistent sales and delivery enablement so solutions are adopted across target regions
  • Maintain strong quality standards so all global offerings are consistent and repeatable
  • Expand the portfolio into adjacent areas while also turning bespoke services into repeatable offerings

What this role is and is not

This is not a strategy-only position. You will be expected to build the operating structure needed to make the strategy repeatable and scalable.

It is also not a regional leadership role with a global title. From the start, you will work across EMEA, AMER, and APAC as the person creating the shared infrastructure used by all three regions. Influencing without formal authority is a core part of the job.
