Job description
Role overview
Valliantys is seeking a global solutions leader to turn deep technical expertise into packaged, repeatable, and highly profitable professional services offerings. The role sits at executive level and partners with regional leaders to unify capabilities across the business, scale them across the global account base, and support expansion into new enterprise clients.
This is a high-visibility position for someone who combines commercial thinking with product and solutions leadership, and who has a strong track record of guiding global teams through major organizational change.
Organization and scope
You will create and manage a global team of Global Practice Leaders, with one leader aligned to each core solution domain. Over time, each of those leaders will build a regional network of Practice Leads across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, forming a matrix of domain expertise and regional delivery.
This is a true builder mandate: you will shape the operating model, decide on hires, and establish the standards for how the global function works.
Location: Europe or the United States, with a preference for the Eastern time zone.
Core solution areas
The role is responsible for defining, packaging, and generating revenue from AI-enabled offerings across three main enterprise areas:
- Software Development: Applying agentic AI approaches to DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering workflows to improve speed and code quality.
- IT Service Management: Updating enterprise operations through AI-driven automation, smarter self-service, and predictive incident handling.
- Portfolio and Strategy Management: Using data consolidation and predictive modeling to connect executive strategy with day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities
- Set the direction for the worldwide solutions roadmap and drive prioritization and delivery.
- Convert regional work into standardized, fixed-scope Solution Blueprints that reduce delivery effort and shorten the sales cycle.
- Align regional roadmaps and ensure new offerings are launched on schedule and within budget.
- Act as the link between Sales, Delivery, and Marketing across all regions, building alignment while escalating issues when commitments are not being met.
- Ensure every new offering is practical, repeatable, and aligned with customer needs and enterprise pain points.
What success in the role requires
The ideal leader blends product strategy, AI understanding, disciplined execution, and strong commercial judgment.
- Ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes and focus on shipped offerings and business impact.
- Commercial mindset with attention to margin, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
- Experience leading enterprise change across sales, delivery, and enablement teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority initiatives across different regions and customer environments.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to respect regional context while lifting global performance.
Experience and background
- 12+ years of relevant experience in professional services, technology services, or enterprise software, with substantial exposure to solutions, practice, or product leadership.
- MBA or an equivalent qualification.
- A history of bringing repeatable services or offerings to market.
- Experience driving commercial adoption of new services across distributed, multi-region sales and delivery teams.
- Comfort with P&L ownership and understanding of margin, utilization, and revenue per offering.
- Background in at least one of the core domains: SDLC modernization, IT service management, or enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth organization is strongly preferred.
Performance expectations
Your impact will be measured by the growth, adoption, and profitability of the global solution portfolio.
- Build scalable revenue by driving adoption of new offerings that deliver high double-digit year-over-year growth in professional services revenue.
- Improve gross margins through stronger offerings, better sales assets, and more effective delivery playbooks.
- Increase the share of revenue generated from repeatable offerings.
- Meet or exceed solution roadmap delivery and adoption targets.
- Drive consistent enablement so solutions are adopted across targeted regions.
- Maintain strong quality standards for global offerings so delivery remains consistent and repeatable.
- Expand the portfolio into adjacent solution areas while converting bespoke services into repeatable offerings.
What this role is not
This is not a strategy-only position. It requires building the operational systems needed to make strategy scalable and repeatable.
It is also not a regional leadership role with global branding. From the outset, you will operate across EMEA, AMER, and APAC as the person responsible for building the shared infrastructure used by all three regions. Influence without direct authority is a core part of the job.
