Job description
Role overview
This position leads the worldwide effort to turn Valiantys’ technical expertise into highly profitable, repeatable professional services that can be sold and delivered at scale. The role partners closely with executive and regional leadership to align capabilities across global accounts and to support expansion into new enterprise customers.
It is a high-profile leadership mandate suited to a commercially minded product and solutions executive who is comfortable driving cross-functional execution and has already guided a global organization through a comparable transformation.
Team structure
You will establish and lead a worldwide team of Global Practice Leaders, with one leader for each core solution area. Over time, each of those leaders will develop a network of regional Practice Leads across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, creating a matrix model that combines domain depth with regional execution.
This is a true build-and-shape role: you will define the structure, make hiring decisions, and set the operating standard for the function across the globe.
Location
The role is intended for candidates based in Europe or the United States, with a preference for the Eastern time zone.
Core transformation areas
You will define, package, and grow revenue from AI-enabled solutions across three enterprise domains:
- Software Development: applying agentic AI frameworks within DevOps, CI/CD, and developer workflows to improve speed and code quality
- ITSM (IT Service Management): modernizing enterprise operations through AI-led automation, smarter self-service, and predictive incident handling
- Portfolio & Strategy Management: improving enterprise agility by combining data aggregation and predictive modeling to connect executive strategy with delivery
Key responsibilities
- Set the global solutions roadmap and decide what gets prioritized and delivered
- Convert regional work into standardized, fixed-scope solution blueprints that reduce delivery effort and shorten the sales cycle
- Coordinate regional solution plans and make sure new offerings reach market on time and within budget
- Serve as the connector between Sales, Delivery, and Marketing across all regions
- Work through complex stakeholder relationships, secure support for change from regional leaders, and escalate constructively when commitments are not met
- Ensure every new offering is designed to meet customer needs and solve enterprise problems in a repeatable way
What you bring
The ideal candidate combines product strategy, AI understanding, disciplined execution, and strong commercial judgment.
- Ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes, with success defined by shipped offerings and real revenue impact
- Commercial thinking grounded in P&L awareness, with focus on margin improvement and revenue acceleration
- Experience leading enterprise change management across sales, delivery, and enablement teams
- Strong organizational ability to manage several high-stakes solution initiatives at once across multiple regions and client environments
- Collaborative leadership style that respects regional context while improving global output
Experience and background
- At least 12 years of experience in professional services, technology services, or enterprise software, including substantial time in solutions, practice, or product leadership
- MBA or a comparable qualification
- Proven ability to build repeatable service offerings and bring them to market
- Experience driving adoption of new offerings across distributed, multi-region sales and delivery organizations
- Comfort with P&L ownership or co-ownership, including understanding of margin, utilization, and revenue per offering
- Background in at least one of the following areas: SDLC modernization, IT Service Management, or enterprise AI adoption
- Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth company is strongly preferred
Performance expectations
Your impact will be judged by the scale, profitability, and uptake of the solution portfolio.
- Deliver high double-digit year-on-year growth in professional services revenue through new offerings
- Improve professional services gross margin year over year through stronger offerings, sales assets, and delivery playbooks
- Increase the share of revenue generated by repeatable offerings
- Meet or exceed the agreed roadmap for solution development and adoption
- Drive steady adoption across all targeted regions through sales and delivery enablement
- Ensure global offerings meet internal and market-facing quality standards for consistency and repeatability
- Expand the portfolio into adjacent areas while converting custom services into repeatable products
What this role is not
This is not a strategy-only position. You will be expected to build the operating infrastructure that makes the strategy scalable and repeatable.
It is also not a regional leadership role with a global label. From day one, you will work across EMEA, AMER, and APAC as the architect of shared infrastructure for all three regions. Influencing without direct authority is essential.
