About the Role

Join our team at Class One Traffic Management as a General Operative focusing on traffic management activities. Located in Shotts ML7 5DW, Scotland, this part-time onsite role requires a valid full driving licence with no more than six penalty points held for over ten months. Work Schedule

  • Three flexible shift patterns to support work-life balance including a 12 days on/2 days off cycle, 6 days on/1 day off rotation, or part-time shifts over 4 days with options on Sat-Tue or Thu-Sun.
  • Opportunities for high-speed operative roles working night shifts requiring Lantra 12AB certification.

Role Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing traffic management layouts effectively.
  • Directing traffic safely during various roadworks, events, and emergency situations.
  • Working collaboratively with team members and clients to maintain smooth operational flow.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Eligibility to work legally in the United Kingdom.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to specified shift patterns.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Residency within a 40-minute drive from the company depot.
  • Preferably holding valid traffic management qualifications such as Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2, although not mandatory.
