Operations Coordinator - Dubai Mall Fashion Boutique

Overview

Located at the Dubai Mall Fashion boutique and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role entails providing essential support to the boutique's operational functions and contributing valuable analysis for business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed analytical reports to regularly evaluate boutique performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor stock levels and dynamics.
• Identify important insights regarding specific collections and, in collaboration with Operations Manager and Sales Managers, propose actionable plans.
• Assist in reviewing and setting commercial targets for the boutique.
• Support preparation and delivery of the quarterly business review presentations.
• Compile pre-buying reports highlighting key figures for Operations and Boutique Managers before purchasing sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the merchandising team on boutique performance analysis, stock transfers, and delivery management.
• Participate actively in monthly meetings with the merchandising team.
• Help the Operations Manager develop and implement new operational processes and projects.
• Review current boutique procedures including cash handling, operations, and stock, and escalate issues to relevant departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skillset.
• Fluent in English.
