- Experience leading large teams (150+ members) in dynamic, shift-based work environments.
- Proven personal initiative in making technology and automation decisions including system selections, workflow redesign, dispensing or pick-pack technology, and system integrations.
- Practical knowledge of operating within regulated industries such as pharmacy, pharmaceutical supply chains, healthcare, or comparable areas requiring compliance under pressure.
- An active, visible leadership approach that emphasizes presence on the operational floor and builds trust with frontline staff.
- Strong commercial acumen with accountability for managing costs, monitoring key performance metrics, and decision-making reflective of ownership responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

- Expertise in designing patient journeys or clinical care pathways.
- Qualifying credentials or willingness to assume Superintendent Pharmacist duties.
- A background with patient safety incident frameworks (NPS) in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary in the range of £130,000 to £140,000 annually, paired with a substantial performance-based bonus scheme.
- Annual leave starting at 25 days, increasing to 27 days after one year and 30 days after three years, in addition to 8 bank holidays.
- Employer-matched pension contributions up to 5%.
