Financial literacy with a background in budget management is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, exceptional relationship-building abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent organisation and time management skills are critical. Experience working in early childhood settings is advantageous. A current Working with Children Check valid for the residing State or Territory is mandatory.
