Full-Time Retail Support Team Member - New Bond Street Boutique

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Retail Support team member to provide administrative and customer service support across all boutique departments.

The role involves supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house operations as needed, with a focus on handling customer inquiries and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and audit reports related to stock movements, transactions, and procedural activities.
• Assist with stocktaking, cycle counts, and month-end closing processes.
• Support the manager by handling special projects as assigned.
• Assist with inventory transfers, deliveries, and reservation management.
• Perform daily administrative tasks to aid management.
• Respond to customer service inquiries effectively.

Additional Information

• Availability to start by August 10, 2026.
• Commitment for a minimum of six months.
• Work schedule requires 40 hours per week with flexibility to work any day Monday through Sunday.
