What You Will Do

• Support French-speaking customers with questions about rentals, bookings, changes, and cancellations across phone, email, and live chat.
• Share clear, accurate information about vehicle classes, pricing, insurance choices, and travel-related policies.
• Enter and manage reservations through internal booking and fleet systems while keeping a close eye on accuracy.
• Address complaints and escalations calmly and professionally, aiming for fast and satisfactory resolutions.
• Promote extra travel services, vehicle upgrades, and insurance add-ons in a helpful, customer-first way.
• Coordinate with travel partners, airport teams, and rental station staff to ensure smooth pick-up and drop-off arrangements.
• Record customer conversations carefully in the CRM and follow data protection and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on travel industry developments, promotions, and seasonal offers so advice remains relevant and useful.
