Role Overview

We are seeking Freelance Senior Customer Experience Consultant Trainers to contribute to a worldwide training initiative for a renowned luxury automotive brand. The purpose is to develop a network of seasoned trainers across key markets to guarantee exceptional local training delivery quality. This freelance role aims to create a dependable pool of trainers for sustained collaboration on this project.

Geographic Markets & Language Requirements

• Europe: Trainers fluent in German, preferably located in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
• Poland: Trainers fluent in Polish, with a preference for residing in Poland
• Americas: Trainers fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, ideally based in Brazil

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions in-person or remotely
• Lead engaging, interactive workshops that encourage strong participation
• Interact confidently with client-facing teams and senior management
• Possibly partake in Train-the-Trainer programs to upskill fellow trainers
• Customize training delivery to fit local market nuances while adhering to global standards

Candidate Profile

• Senior-level professional experienced in Customer Experience training
• Substantial background in the automotive sector, preferably in premium or luxury segments, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering trainings and facilitating workshops
• Comfortable engaging with managerial and senior executive stakeholders
• Capable of conducting interactive training formats beyond standard presentations
• Proficiency in the native language of the target market alongside good English language skills
