Overview

Uvvo is a recruiting platform connecting companies across Germany with suitable candidates. We are looking for self-employed recruiters, personnel consultants, and recruiting partners who have access to qualified candidates and are interested in recommending them for current job openings. This collaboration is freelance and success-based, not a permanent employment relationship.

Key Responsibilities

• Suggest relevant candidates for active vacancies from our client companies.
• Leverage your network, recruitment channels, or existing candidate contacts.
• Conduct initial evaluation of candidates’ qualifications, experience, language skills, and availability.
• Submit appropriate candidates via the Uvvo platform.
• Coordinate with Uvvo regarding suitable job offers and candidate profiles.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, HR, or personnel placement is advantageous.
• Access to qualified candidates within Germany.
• Ability to understand professional qualifications, CVs, and application documents.
• Meticulous and professional handling of candidate data.
• Good command of the German language; English skills are a plus.
• Independent, reliable, and result-oriented working style.

It is especially important that candidates are already in Germany or have a valid work permit, since Uvvo does not currently assist with visa or work permit applications.
