Job description
Position Overview
This role requires taking charge of planning and executing brand activation campaigns across major international locations, particularly concentrating on the U.S. market. Responsibilities include managing in-real-life (IRL) experiences such as retail activations, pop-up events, fashion shows, influencer collaborations, and cultural campaigns designed to boost awareness, social interaction, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee timelines, budgets, production scheduling, and vendor management involving external partners.
- Lead full-cycle execution of campaigns, pop-ups, retail activations, immersive events, and influencer partnerships.
- Customize global brand concepts to fit locally relevant contexts across different regions.
- Work closely with brand heads, social media, public relations, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive company-wide campaign delivery.
- Ensure activations maintain the brand’s image, storytelling accuracy, and customer experience standards.
- Negotiate contracts and supervise external collaborators to achieve goals within financial limits.
- Maintain a network of agency, freelance, and partner contacts to support multiple projects.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including brand interactions, media gains, social media reach, event attendance, and return on investment.
- Provide comprehensive post-activation evaluations and suggest improvements for upcoming campaigns.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitors’ efforts, and new cultural trends.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years' experience in brand activations, experimental marketing, event management, or partnerships within fashion or lifestyle sectors targeting Gen Z audiences.
- Demonstrated capability managing global campaigns and events.
- Strong skills in project coordination and financial oversight.
- Effective communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Thorough understanding of the Jaded brand ethos.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and travel internationally as needed.
- Experience coordinating with agencies, production vendors, and creative teams.
