Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media & Content Executive passionate about the digital realm and beauty trends. If you constantly spot emerging trends before others and your social feeds are filled with beauty tips, product launches, and influencers, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Social, PR, Brand & Influencer teams to plan content calendars that align with campaigns and industry trends, ensuring all channels remain consistent and cohesive.
- Manage content activation by publishing or scheduling posts across appropriate platforms at optimal times to maximize audience engagement.
- Continuously monitor social media trends to inspire content ideas and support campaign briefs within marketing teams.
- Engage actively with community interactions daily, including comments, direct messages, and tags, fostering brand loyalty and conversation.
- Compile and analyze KPI data for weekly and monthly reporting, providing insights to support social strategies.
- Design and create visual content assets tailored for social media and partner channels as needed.
- Support digital and in-store point-of-sale content creation, including assisting with makeup look shoots.
- Assist in managing the Rev Gen community program effectively from execution to ongoing maintenance.
- Help coordinate business samples for distribution when requested.
- Manage end-to-end outreach to user-generated content creators and influencers, selecting collaborators aligned with brand voice and community values.

- Genuine personal interest in beauty trends and keeping updated on industry developments.
- Creative ability to generate visually compelling and engaging content.
