- Maintain quality standards across all marketing deliverables and ensure a consistent brand presence.
- Work with senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into executable marketing actions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in helping a company grow from an early stage to 50+ employees, or in an equivalent high-growth setting.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or market expansion.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, CRM, email, paid media, content, and analytics.
- Prior experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional marketing delivery.
- Clear understanding of go-to-market planning, brand positioning, and customer acquisition methods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to use data to improve campaign results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
Benefits
- Approximately 20 hours per week in a fractional part-time arrangement.
- Fully remote role based in Australia.
- High-impact leadership position with meaningful business influence.
- Chance to help shape and scale marketing operations in new markets.
- Exposure to multi-channel, results-driven marketing systems.
- Flexible working setup.
