Founding & Mid-Market Account Executives – VC-Backed SaaS Opportunities with $200K+ OTE

About the Role

RecruiterForce is collaborating with numerous fast-growing SaaS, AI, and fintech companies to recruit full-cycle Account Executives. These openings are unique opportunities where you will manage the entire sales process from prospecting through closing deals. You will be responsible for generating pipeline through proactive outreach and engage directly with leadership teams to influence go-to-market (GTM) strategies in dynamic, early-stage or scaling organizations. The focus includes selling into mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, demos, and closing.
• Develop pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting techniques.
• Collaborate directly with company leadership to align sales strategies.
• Engage with mid-market and enterprise customers to drive revenue growth.
• Contribute to shaping go-to-market approach in startups or scaling environments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas as an Account Executive.
• Strong outbound sales capabilities with a hunter mentality.
• Relevant experience in SaaS, artificial intelligence, or fintech sectors.
• Skill in managing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.

Compensation and Locations

• On-target earnings (OTE) range between $200,000 and $300,000 plus attractive equity participation.
• Available positions in San Francisco, New York City, or fully remote within the United States.
