Role overview
This opportunity is for a Founding Growth Lead at a pre-Series A sales AI startup based in San Francisco and supported by NextView, Precursor, and Alumni Ventures. The company is looking for the first dedicated growth hire to help define product-market fit for an AI teammate that automates sales operations.
You will report to the Co-CEO and run fast-paced experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention in a sales-assisted product-led growth motion. The objective is to attract high-quality signups from US-based public companies and startups.
Compensation
The compensation range is $140k to $200k, plus equity.
Location
This is an onsite role in San Francisco, USA.

What the role involves

Candidate profile
The ideal person has already worked as an early growth hire at a seed-stage B2B SaaS company and is comfortable with rapid experimentation, not just scaling channels that already work.
You should understand sales-assisted PLG deeply and know how to connect self-serve signups with sales-driven conversion paths.
Technical comfort with SQL, APIs, and modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Clay is important, especially for building attribution systems and increasing output without engineering help.
