Role Overview

We seek a creative and commercially savvy Social Media and Audience Growth Lead to direct and enhance our comprehensive social media strategy. This key position will own social presence, content strategies, and plans for audience expansion, influencing how our brand engages customers, colleagues, and communities digitally. Collaboration with Communications, PR, Marketing, and Customer Services teams is critical to align social activities with broader business goals while delivering compelling and resonant content. Responsibilities also include leading influencer marketing, managing paid social campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to improve sentiment and expand online audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of Evri’s social media strategy ensuring cohesion with company communications and business aims.
  • Create and maintain a dynamic content calendar aimed at audience engagement, growth, and enhancing brand perception.
  • Manage social media channels including tone of voice, content formats, and platform strategies.
  • Advise internal stakeholders strategically on social media campaigns and activities.
  • Lead the influencer engagement program including opportunity identification, relationship management, and outcome measurement.
  • Recommend and manage paid social investments to boost audience and positive brand sentiment.
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure social media activities align with organizational goals and deliver optimal ROI.
  • Utilize social listening tools to track trends, identify risks, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Support Customer Services with community management and enforcing social media tone guidelines.
  • Engage in content development including filming, editing, and production for social channels.
  • Analyze and report on social channel performance, audience growth, and content success metrics to foster continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies, emerging trends, and innovative content approaches relevant to social media.
  • Travel as needed to support business events and initiatives across various sites.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related discipline.
  • Professional credentials such as CIPR membership or communications-related professional development are advantageous.
  • Proven background in social media, corporate communications, PR or equivalent roles.
  • Demonstrated success in audience growth strategies and producing engaging social content.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers, talent, or media partners.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, audience behaviors, and emerging digital trends.
  • Proficient in agency management, external supplier coordination, and budget oversight.
  • Expertise in social listening tools, performance analytics, and communication measurement.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience in content creation including filming and editing for social platforms.
  • Skilled in using Canva and other content development software, including AI tools like Copilot.
  • Understanding of paid social campaign strategies and management.
  • Commercially aware with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence confidently.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about creating accessible and audience-centered content.
  • Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle to support content creation across locations (desirable).
