About the Role
Inogen is looking for a proactive B2B Marketing Manager to drive growth through its healthcare and commercial partner channels. The successful candidate will craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives that closely support the B2B sales team, enhance market positioning, and communicate distinct, targeted messaging to key audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the B2B Sales team to identify target markets and establish integrated marketing and pipeline strategies.
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual marketing plans in alignment with commercial priorities.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
- Create clear and persuasive messaging frameworks that highlight product advantages and resonate consistently across sales materials, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Design and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns including digital advertising, events, webinars, and account-based marketing approaches.
- Work alongside digital marketing to optimize strategies for lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.
- Develop impactful sales enablement tools such as presentations, case studies, and collateral to equip sales teams for effective engagement.
- Support sales onboarding and training to maintain message consistency.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess marketing program effectiveness, pipeline growth, and return on investment.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to enhance performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Over five years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or regulated sectors.
- Demonstrated success in executing marketing programs that boost sales pipeline and revenue.
- Expertise in positioning, messaging creation, and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset paired with disciplined execution skills.
- Customer-focused approach turning insights into effective actions.
- Commercial savvy with knowledge of sales processes.
- Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range is between $106,000 and $127,000 annually, subject to individual qualifications and market factors. The role is eligible for Inogen’s annual performance-based bonus, competitive company-sponsored benefits, and wellbeing initiatives.
