Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive research and analysis to guide strategic business decisions, including landscape assessments and competitive positioning, synthesizing insights to support leadership choices.
- Lead and manage projects across multiple business domains, from implementing new operational processes to overseeing contracts and formal agreements, embodying full ownership without reliance on extensive direction.

Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal; German language skills are a significant advantage.
- Deep intrinsic interest and motivation in subjects like longevity, life extension, and cryopreservation.
- Preferably possess a research-oriented background or scientific degree in biology or related disciplines, though this is not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and execute projects, especially in fast-paced, startup, or founder-facing environments.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with the aptitude to quickly understand complex and novel topics.
- Outstanding organizational aptitude to manage various priorities concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable acting as a company representative externally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—and familiarity with other pertinent software platforms.
Benefits
- Opportunity for professional advancement, with autonomy to initiate and complete projects and grow into greater responsibilities.
- Experience working in an innovative and cutting-edge biotechnology sector.
- Mentorship from an experienced leadership team with extensive expertise across multiple business areas.
- Part of a vibrant, international, and youthful team with diverse professional backgrounds.
