The Role

This full-time role requires availability from Tuesday to Saturday on rotating shifts. As a Sales Assistant, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences and fostering positive brand connections. You'll be energetic, customer-focused, and knowledgeable, assisting customers who seek top-tier products and leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
• Keep informed about product details to assist customers effectively.
• Provide personalized one-on-one customer support.
• Handle queries and complete sales transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with management and store colleagues to reach sales targets.
• Contribute to visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and presentation duties.
• Report any customer concerns or complaints to supervisors.
• Complete all mandatory training regarding products, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in customer service within retail, hospitality, or similar sectors.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding service and exceeding expectations.
• Interest or knowledge in sports fashion and key brand names.
• Positive, cooperative attitude with ability to work well in teams.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving and evolving retail environment.

• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays per store requirements.
