Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional greetings and support to all customers.
• Accurately take orders and complete sales transactions using a POS register.
• Prepare food and beverages following company recipes, quality controls, and presentation standards.
• Keep all dining, service, kitchen, and work areas clean and well organized.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Replenish supplies such as condiments, packaging, and inventory items as needed.
• Assist in daily operational activities including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a strong understanding of menu items to make recommendations and promote additional sales.
• Manage customer questions and resolve complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Support dine-in, takeaway, and drive-thru services ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Follow all company policies, operational guidelines, and brand standards consistently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sectors is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting.
• Attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining high quality service.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is required.
