Food Service Crew

Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable food service crew member to help keep service running smoothly in a busy dining environment in Sharjah. This role focuses on timely food delivery, guest support, table handling, and maintaining a clean, organized service area.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring dishes to the right tables quickly and with accuracy.
• Check that plates are presented properly before they leave the kitchen.
• Keep servers and kitchen staff updated if any delay or issue comes up.
• Share simple dish details with guests when required.
• Help clear tables and set them back up during and after service.
• Support the team with water top-ups, condiments, and extra cutlery.
• Move hot plates, trays, and food safely and carefully.
• Keep the service station and dining area neat and well-organized.
• Follow all hygiene and safety procedures throughout the shift.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food runner or service-support position is preferred.
• Must be able to work through the outdoor summer season.
• Working knowledge of specialty coffee is required.
• Strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Good spoken communication and coordination abilities.
• Energetic, dependable, and focused on guest service.
• Physically capable of carrying trays and walking long distances during busy periods.
