Overview
This role involves working on-site at the physical location and supporting various tasks typical of a food counter attendant in a fast-food environment. This position does not allow remote work and requires dedication to maintaining service standards and cleanliness.
Languages & Education
- Proficiency in English.
- Completion of secondary (high) school.
Experience
No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to serving zones and set tables accordingly.
- Clear tables, trays, and seating areas, ensuring cleanliness.
- Hand wash and sanitize dishes and kitchenware.
- Maintain accurate records of food quantities utilized.
- Package food items for take-out orders.
- Portion and wrap food items appropriately.
- Prepare, heat, and complete simple food recipes.
- Serve customers at the service counters or buffet stations.
- Stock inventory such as refrigerators and salad bars.
- Take and record customer orders efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
- Remove kitchen waste and trash regularly.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain hygiene standards.
- Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables as needed.
