Role Overview

The Barista will be tasked with preparing and serving superior coffee, beverages, and light snacks, while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role demands maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety protocols to create a pleasant atmosphere for both staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve coffee, tea, and a variety of beverages following company quality standards.
• Precisely take customers' orders.
• Deliver courteous, professional, and prompt service.
• Keep the coffee station, dining areas, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Replenish ingredients, supplies, and store items as required.
• Comply with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Properly operate and maintain all equipment.
• Address employee questions and professionally manage minor complaints.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage service preferred.
• Familiarity with coffee making techniques is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
