Role Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Junior Receptionist within RIU Dubai's Front Office department. The role involves contributing to delivering outstanding guest service and operational excellence in a lively and demanding urban environment. The hotel is differentiated by its innovative concept in the competitive Middle East hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and visitors, handling all interactions professionally and courteously.
• Promptly and effectively answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all requests are addressed to guest satisfaction.
• Stay current with operational systems and procedural updates.
• Fulfill additional duties assigned by supervisors or department heads.
• Coordinate efficiently with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills essential for guest interaction.
• Relevant diploma or certification in Hospitality or Customer Service is required.
