Role Overview

As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Hop & Huddle, you will be a vital part of delivering outstanding service to guests. We pride ourselves on a broad beer assortment, delectable smoked dishes, and rich milkshakes. Ideal candidates are passionate about these specialties and thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and drink orders cheerfully and efficiently.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beer and wine pairings, smoked cuisine, and milkshake selections.
• Ensure timely and accurate order completion.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in dining and bar areas.
• Deliver high-standard customer service to create exceptional dining experiences.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in restaurant or bar settings is preferred.
• A strong enthusiasm and understanding of beer, smoked food, and milkshakes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Availability across a 7-day roster that includes breakfast and dinner shifts.
