Role Summary

As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown, you will consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service while adhering to outlet policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to guests at all times.
• Understand and comply thoroughly with outlet procedures, policies, and service standards.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, beverages, garnishes, ingredients, and promotional offers.
• Guide guests effectively about the menu offerings and answer their inquiries helpfully.
• Adhere strictly to all food and beverage safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Report punctually, wearing a clean uniform and name badge.
• Manage shift end reports and be familiar with cash and non-cash transactions, including safe deposits and dues collection.
• Participate actively in pre-meal briefings and regular meetings to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure accurate linen counts at the end of shifts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsible and dependable.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience with Micros system is beneficial but not mandatory; training is provided.
