About the Role and Company
Join QantasLink, a prominent member of the Qantas Group, dedicated to connecting diverse communities throughout regional Western Australia and beyond. Based in Perth, Western Australia, you will contribute as a Cabin Crew member providing quality service and ensuring passenger safety aboard aircraft including F100, A319, and A320. Your reach will extend to serving destinations such as Karratha, Darwin, Newcastle, Hobart, and more, alongside managing charter flights for FIFO workers and corporate customers. Comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you thoroughly for all onboard situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service with enthusiasm and pride.
- Proactively anticipate passengers' needs while strictly adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Offer support with empathy to nervous flyers and respect cultural and language differences.
- Successfully complete all required training and assessments linked to the cabin crew position.
- Foster positive relationships within your team to enhance collective performance.
- Maintain stringent personal grooming standards and ensure the cleanliness and order of all cabin areas.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required.
- Physical requirement: minimum reach of 212 cm barefoot, fingertips must comfortably reach beyond this height with both hands simultaneously; maximum height allowed is 183 cm.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain these credentials.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification or willingness to acquire.
- Excellent physical health and fitness, including ability to swim and tread water without assistance.
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Availability to work according to shift rosters.
- Successful applicants will be invited to participate in an Assessment Centre as part of the selection process.
