Training and Benefits
Our upcoming comprehensive Cabin Crew Ground School starts 10 August 2026 and lasts up to four weeks. Role Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Possess a valid passport with at least 12 months remaining validity
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Have fluent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of additional languages like Tetum is advantageous
- Meet the height criteria (between 155 cm and 175 cm)
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate, including CPR, from an authorized Australian provider
- Possess a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Bring at least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Be eligible to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) involving a police check
- Pass a pre-employment medical examination
- Be able to swim 50 metres unaided
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods with reliable transportation
