About the Role
In this position, you will help individuals secure their finances for retirement. Your work centers on identifying pension and coverage gaps, shaping comprehensive retirement plans, and advising on tax-efficient retirement solutions. You will act as a trusted specialist focused on long-term financial security in later life.
Key Responsibilities
- Review each client’s retirement coverage shortfall and translate the findings into practical next steps.
- Create end-to-end retirement planning concepts that support both financial stability and quality of life after working years.
- Provide guidance on tax-advantaged retirement products and explain how clients can improve their financial outlook.
- Continue supporting clients over time and update their plans as personal circumstances change.
- Keep track of current developments in retirement planning and use that knowledge to deliver well-informed advice.

Requirements
- Abitur or a completed commercial/vocational qualification in a business-related field.

- A completed degree is welcome and can be considered an added advantage.
