Job summary
The Financial Insights Team Leader will oversee the review of operational and financial results across the business to measure how well implemented solutions are performing, spot areas that need improvement, and turn data into practical recommendations that strengthen efficiency, service quality, and leadership decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Work within the bank’s approved policies, procedures, standard operating steps, and instructions so tasks are completed in a controlled and consistent way.
- Carry out daily job activities to keep work moving without interruption.
- Review operational and financial performance measures across operations.
- Assess whether implemented initiatives, solutions, and process improvements are delivering the expected results.
- Study operational trends, productivity, key indicators, transaction volumes, and cost-related metrics.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve operational effectiveness.
- Build performance monitoring structures and reporting methods.
- Coordinate with process owners and business stakeholders to understand performance drivers and problem areas.
- Guide and support team members so monitoring, analysis, and reporting work is completed effectively.
- Contribute ideas that help improve existing processes and working practices over time.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports that meet the bank’s and department’s standards, requirements, and policies.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental controls to help maintain a healthy and secure workplace.
Qualifications and experience
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems is required.
The role calls for 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
Technical knowledge
Strong understanding of banking operations, performance management and KPI frameworks, and data analysis and reporting.
