This high-impact, developmental position involves close collaboration with Global Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Accounting, and operational teams to enhance planning accuracy, improve reporting transparency, and support timely, informed decision-making. You will work under senior finance leadership, taking ownership of core projects and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global Brand Marketing for UGG and HOKA, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and SG&A limits.
- Develop frameworks for ROI and campaign effectiveness to guide investment decisions across agencies, sports marketing, and partnerships.
- Support mid- and long-term (3 to 5-year) revenue and margin plans by creating consistent, well-managed assumptions across brands, products, and finance teams.
- Translate decisions related to product mix, pricing, and portfolio into clear financial impacts and risks at key go-to-market stages.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to improve inventory management, support analysis of product composition, and enable scenario planning.
- Provide analysis of forecast accuracy and retrospective evaluations to enhance decision quality and learning.
- Deliver impactful ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and evolving business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvements in tools, reporting, and processes to increase decision-making speed, clarity, and quality.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience demonstrating strong financial analysis, modeling, and commercial insight.
- At least 1 year of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or in a comparable analytical function.
- Proficiency in Excel modeling is essential.
- Experience with Hyperion or equivalent planning systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration and clear communication.
- A strong interest in consumer brands, marketing analytics, and long-term financial planning.
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary and bonus programs designed to foster career growth and reward achievements.
- Comprehensive financial planning resources to support employee income protection, expense management, and investment goals.
- Generous time-off policies to promote work-life balance and personal well-being.
- Additional perks including discounts and community engagement opportunities.
- Robust opportunities for professional growth and personal development aligned with your passions.
- Extensive health and wellness programs supporting a healthy lifestyle both at work and beyond.
