As a Financial Analyst focused on global brand finance for UGG and HOKA, you will play a critical role interfacing between brand strategy, product decisions, and financial management. This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with several cross-functional teams—including Global Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Accounting, and Operations—to enhance planning quality, clarity in reporting, and accelerate decision-making processes. You will receive mentorship from senior finance leaders while owning key responsibilities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance oversight for Global Brand Marketing efforts across UGG and HOKA, ensuring expenditures align with brand strategies and SG&A budget targets.
- Develop frameworks for return on investment (ROI) and campaign performance to facilitate disciplined investment decisions involving agencies, sports marketing, and partnerships.
- Support long-term (3 to 5-year) revenue and margin planning by standardizing assumptions across brand, product, and finance teams.
- Translate decisions related to product mix, pricing, and go-to-market milestones into financial insights outlining risks, tradeoffs, and impacts.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations including Demand Planning teams to improve inventory insight, conduct product composition analyses, and perform scenario planning.
- Conduct retrospective and forecast accuracy assessments across planning horizons to enhance organizational learning and decision-making.
- Provide strategic, high-impact ad hoc financial analyses to address evolving business needs.
- Continuously improve tools, reports, and workflows to support faster, clearer, and higher-quality decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities.
- At least one year of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related analytical field.
- Advanced skills in Excel for financial modeling are required.
- Familiarity with planning systems such as Hyperion is preferred.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
- Excellent ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Interest in consumer brands, marketing analytics, and long-term financial strategy.
Employee Benefits and Perks
- Competitive pay and bonus structures designed to encourage career progress and reward achievement.
- Comprehensive financial planning and benefits plans to help employees meet their financial goals and secure their future.
- Generous leave policies supporting family time, health, and personal rejuvenation.
- Additional perks including sizable employee discounts and community involvement programs.
- Robust professional development opportunities for continuous growth.
- Extensive health and wellness resources aimed at supporting an active and healthy lifestyle in and out of the workplace.
Compensation
The targeted salary range for this position is $66,000 to $89,100 annually, varying by candidate location, job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The range specifically references Goleta, California for a remote position, but pay may differ based on the applicant's state within the approved list.
