Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager (FP&A)

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Reporting & Business Partnering Manager to become an integral part of a vibrant finance team based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is vital in delivering precise financial reports, offering commercial insights, driving finance transformation efforts, and supporting strategic organizational decisions. The role acts as the pivotal connection between Accounting and FP&A to ensure financial data accuracy while collaborating with business leaders to enhance financial outcomes and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile monthly management reports, executive dashboards, board presentations, and KPI performance packs.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes to guarantee accurate and punctual financial disclosures.
• Contribute to statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, and facilitate annual external audits.
• Help lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and conduct performance analyses.
• Collaborate closely with business units to deliver financial insights, commercial analyses, and decision support.
• Assess business cases, investment opportunities, commercial deals, and strategic initiatives critically.
• Examine project profitability, revenue trends, cost structures, and identify margin enhancement prospects.
• Support pricing evaluations, contract assessments, and profitability reviews.
• Oversee working capital metrics including cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and liquidity management.
• Drive reporting automation and digital finance initiatives to boost efficiency and quality of reporting.
• Work alongside IT and business teams to enhance ERP systems, reporting platforms, and maintain strong financial data governance.
• Encourage data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced reporting and business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Between 6 and 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, financial governance, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalents.
• Proficient with analytics and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with finance transformation projects, reporting automation, and digital finance initiatives.
• Strong capabilities in analytics, commercial acumen, and problem-solving.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in large corporations, particularly in real estate, construction, infrastructure, hospitality, or project-driven industries will be valued.
