Senior Facilities and Account Manager - Facility Management

Role overview

This position is for an experienced Senior Facilities and Account Manager with responsibility for both hard and soft facilities management services in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia. The role supports a major client of a leading facilities services provider in the kingdom and is centered on service delivery, account performance, and operational excellence.

Core account responsibilities

• Take ownership of hard and soft FM operations across the assigned sites and facilities.
• Maintain strong client partnerships and work to consistently improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contractual service levels, KPIs, and HSE expectations.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activity, asset oversight, and overall service quality.
• Control budgets, monitor profit and loss, manage costs, handle procurement, and assess vendor delivery.
• Guide, support, and develop cross-functional FM teams.
• Track operational results and implement improvements to raise performance standards.
• Make sure all work complies with applicable regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Use CAFM/CMMS tools to manage reporting, maintenance schedules, and performance dashboards.
• Contribute to contract mobilization, transition activities, renewals, and wider business development efforts.
