Finance Operations Professional - Opportunity for Saudi Nationals in Mecca

About the Role

Join our innovative team at Siemens' Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division as a Business Administration Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, dedicated to shaping a smarter future. This international, challenging position involves leading the commercial and operational aspects within the Order to Cash (O2C) process and managing factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial management by reviewing and administering orders in line with accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Lead order management and warehouse teams to ensure proper order processing, complete documentation, delivery releases, sales invoice preparation with supporting documents, submission to customers, and receivables collection.
• Manage commercial activities related to factory operations comprehensively.
• Handle month-end closing duties such as preparing cost accruals and provisions, and ensuring accurate revenue and profit reporting.
• Support forecasting and reporting efforts in collaboration with business lines for monthly and quarterly forecasts concerning Order Intake, Net Sales, Gross Margin/Profit, and related accruals.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments to maintain effective cash collection.
• Develop and maintain sustainable business relationships with all stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate, and communicate risks and opportunities within the product business.
• Provide support for internal and external audits as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Five to eight years of experience in product-based business, particularly in controlling or finance roles.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in an international setting.
• Basic legal knowledge pertinent to the field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail and analytic capability for complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Proactive, results-driven, able to multitask and prioritize multiple activities dynamically.
• Proficiency in SAP and SAP Business Warehouse.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
