- Venue: Plot No 1, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, near Venkateshwara Temple, Siddharth Nagar, Sector 9, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017
- Work Location: Jaipur office (work from office)
- Shift Timings: 24x7 shifts available
- Required Documents: Two passport-size photographs (one to be affixed on resume), two copies of resume, original Aadhaar card
- Eligible Degrees: B.Com, BBA, MBA (LLB and diploma holders are not eligible)
Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (2-5 years experience):
- Review and process invoices, resolve invoice-related issues, and approve payments
- Understand basic accounts payable concepts such as three-way matching, non-PO invoices, and GRN
- Handle non-PO and utility invoice processing
- Conduct invoice audits and payment processing
- Use ERP systems like SAP or Navision for processing invoices
Record to Report (2-5 years experience):
- Prepare and consolidate reports including quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements
- Review and post month-end journal entries and close activities
- Prepare and verify balance sheet account reconciliations
- Manage quarterly intercompany processes and resolve account balancing issues
- Possess strong accounting knowledge with hands-on closing and reporting experience
- Coordinate with multiple partners and ensure smooth monthly reporting and closure
Order to Cash (2-5 years experience):
- Solid grasp of accounts receivable processes
- Post daily receipts through various payment methods accurately to maintain AR balances
- Communicate with collections and business partners to get remittance details
- Identify and tag discrepancies and short payments for customers
- Support process improvement initiatives and assist team leader as needed
- Use shared mailboxes and customer portals to retrieve and organize remittance information
