Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, who will take ownership of maintaining optimal network uptime and delivering excellent customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional 99.99% uptime for customer services through vigilant network maintenance.
- Maintain network switches adhering strictly to established standards and protocols.
- Support cross-functional teams by facilitating timely connectivity as required.
- Manage and update the network database accurately and provide regular reports to the reporting manager.
- Respond to customer complaints in the field promptly and deliver quality resolutions within the defined turnaround time.
- Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve complaints swiftly.
- Monitor the Network Management System (NMS) using relevant applications and react accordingly to events.
- Investigate recurring complaints and enforce corrective actions through escalation processes as necessary.
- Maintain full compliance with safety standards and cardinal rules.
- Adhere strictly to company processes and procedures.
- Provide detailed and structured feedback to management aimed at implementing lasting improvements in service quality.
