Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, who will take ownership of maintaining optimal network uptime and delivering excellent customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional 99.99% uptime for customer services through vigilant network maintenance.
• Maintain network switches adhering strictly to established standards and protocols.
• Support cross-functional teams by facilitating timely connectivity as required.
• Manage and update the network database accurately and provide regular reports to the reporting manager.
• Respond to customer complaints in the field promptly and deliver quality resolutions within the defined turnaround time.
• Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve complaints swiftly.
• Monitor the Network Management System (NMS) using relevant applications and react accordingly to events.
• Investigate recurring complaints and enforce corrective actions through escalation processes as necessary.
• Maintain full compliance with safety standards and cardinal rules.
• Adhere strictly to company processes and procedures.
• Provide detailed and structured feedback to management aimed at implementing lasting improvements in service quality.
