About the Role

This is a varied leadership position within the Auckland Service team, reporting to the regional Service Manager. You will support an experienced group of service technicians across South and East Auckland and help drive annual financial and operational service goals, PMP completion, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves actively managing team productivity and resourcing across your area, building technician engagement, and ensuring the team works closely with customers to keep their businesses running smoothly. You will also partner with the Sales team to strengthen customer retention and improve overall satisfaction in the region.

You will have the opportunity to learn about Crown’s products, with training available for a motivated learner. Prior product knowledge is an advantage, but it is not essential.

This is a permanent, full-time position with working days from Monday to Friday.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years of leadership experience, along with experience in Material Handling Equipment, Auto Electrical work, Diesel Mechanic work, Mechanical work, or a relevant trade qualification, including an equivalent overseas qualification. Preference will be given to suitable local candidates.

You should bring a customer-first mindset, a practical problem-solving approach, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Strong relationship-building skills, good attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the ability to learn quickly are important. The role also involves manual handling, so physical fitness is required.
