Field Sales Representative - Connacht

Role overview

PrepayPower is looking for a Field Sales Representative to work across Connacht in a door-to-door sales capacity. The main purpose of the role is to bring in new customers through direct, face-to-face selling.

Compensation for the role includes a €32,000 base salary, with up to €15,000 in on-target earnings potential. The first-year OTE is described as a realistic €50,000, with uncapped commission potential. A €2,000 sign-on bonus is payable after successful completion of probation, subject to the stated condition.

Key duties

• Carry out residential door-to-door visits, including calls to multiple property owners, with the aim of achieving strong conversion rates.
• Present and sell Yuno Energy products and services.
• Meet or exceed personal sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Use effective sales techniques to improve customer engagement and results.
• Handle objections confidently and close sales efficiently.
• Keep lead details, customer conversations, and sale results accurately updated in CRM systems.
• Review and improve sales methods, sharing feedback that helps increase performance.
• Act as a professional and enthusiastic representative of the company.

Skills and experience

Full training and development will be provided to help the successful candidate perform well in the position. The ideal person is self-driven, resilient, passionate about sales, and motivated by performance-based earnings and service quality. The role suits someone who is ambitious, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality are important.
