Job description
Role Overview
This full-time field sales position is based in Connacht, covering door-to-door activity in the D2D market. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities by meeting customers in person and converting interest into sales for Yuno Energy products and services.
Compensation and Bonus
The package includes a base salary of €32,000, with additional earnings potential of up to €15,000 OTE. The first-year on-target earnings are described as a realistic €50,000. A €2,000 sign-on bonus is payable after successful completion of probation. This is an uncapped earning environment with a competitive bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential customers and multiple-property owners in person to drive door-to-door sales and aim for strong conversion rates.
- Present and sell Yuno Energy offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Work toward and consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPI expectations.
- Use structured selling methods to improve customer engagement and close rates.
- Handle objections confidently and convert conversations into completed sales.
- Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Review performance regularly and refine selling approaches based on feedback and results.
- Represent the business professionally, with energy, confidence, and a results-focused attitude.

- Self-driven and able to stay motivated in a target-based environment.
- Strong resilience and genuine enthusiasm for sales.
- Comfortable working toward OTE and maintaining service quality.
