About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Field Sales Executives to join our team as Xtreme Fiber Executives based in Karnal and other locations across Haryana. This role focuses on broadband and WiFi fiber sales, offering a stable career path with excellent growth prospects at Airtel.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell broadband and WiFi fiber services directly to customers.
- Generate sales leads through proactive field activities.
- Engage in cold calling and maintain customer follow-ups to convert leads.
- Conduct door-to-door visits to expand customer base.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be between 18 and 33 years of age.
- Prior experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license is essential for this position.
