Business Development Executive

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing used car dealers within your designated territory by encouraging their participation in car auctions and persuading them to place higher bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with used car dealers and motivate them to join car auctions.
• Encourage dealers to submit competitive bids during auctions to maximize sales.
• Maintain active engagement of your allotted dealers on the platform to ensure continuous business.
• Consistently work towards increasing the number of dealer transactions each month.
• Regularly follow up with dealers to nurture and strengthen business relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance targets set by the company.
• Keep detailed records of dealer interactions and transactional activities.

Training Provided

You will undergo 7 to 15 days of comprehensive training including classroom instructions and practical, on-the-job experience designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful job performance.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Possesses strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident and effective when speaking to dealers and skilled in negotiation.
• Able to persuade and influence participation in auctions.
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
• Disciplined, proactive, and persistent in follow-ups.
