Role Overview
This opportunity is for a field-based sales professional who will focus on acquiring customers, driving business growth, and supporting the promotion of financial lending products. The position requires regular market movement, active customer engagement, and a strong service orientation to help meet monthly revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and on-ground prospecting.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to consistent sales growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Work toward monthly targets and sales objectives.
- Visit markets and other field locations to promote the available financial products.
- Deliver courteous and effective customer service while handling inquiries and follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be graduates with at least 6 months of experience in BFSI or field sales. Freshers with a strong interest in sales and access to a two-wheeler may also be considered. Good communication ability is essential, and owning a two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual pay range for this role is INR 1,75,000 to INR 3,00,000. Additional benefits include incentives, appraisals, provident fund coverage, and growth opportunities through promotions.
