About the Sales Team
Reckitt’s sales organization supports the company’s purpose by creating value with customers and helping drive availability of its brands in physical stores and online. The team works in competitive categories and operates in a fast-moving environment where collaboration across functions is essential. Globally, the sales function includes around 10,000 people across field sales, key accounts, trade marketing, and category development.
Role Overview
This position focuses on turning sales data into practical direction for the team. You will use your analytical strength to uncover insights that support revenue growth, profitability, and market share improvement. In parallel, you will help ensure the field sales team is organized, resourced, and well supported. The role combines data analysis with strong coordination and administrative capability in a busy commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the field CRM and manage it end to end.
- Support both pharmacy and grocery customer accounts.
- Extract CRM reports and data, then convert them into clear insights for the sales team.
- Assist the field team with sampling, distribution planning, and cycle meeting preparation.
- Deliver data and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Skills and Experience
- Proactive approach with the ability to make a strong impact in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven capability in financial and commercial analysis.
- Strong ability to interpret data and market trends and turn them into practical sales actions.
- Clear and confident communication, with the ability to present complex information concisely.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working effectively with varied teams.
- Experience with Insightful.Mobi would be an advantage.
